Are the classes COPE accredited?


Yes! Our conferences provide 12 hours of COPE approved education.




Is the conference in person? Where will it be hosted?


While we'll be hosting our 2021 Conference in person this year, attendees will also have the option to attend virtually. We'll be hosting the conference at the Westford Regency Hotel and Conference Center. 219 Littleton Road Westford, MA 01886




Will the conference be recorded?


The conference will be hosted in person and online. Plans for a hybrid model are currently being developed and it is likely that presentations will be recorded. Reference Materials Reference materials like PDFs will be aviliable to all registered attendees. A private link with digital access to supporting materials will be emailed to conference attendees with further instructions on how to download them. These materials will only be available for 6 months. It's encouraged that conference attendees download the materials as soon as they become available.

Are lodging discounts available?


While you can stay anywhere in the area to attend the conference, conference attendees who stay at the Westford Regency qualify for a discount. Rooms in our block are $119 per night plus tax and can be requested under "Northeast Congress of Optometry." You must be booked by 8/11/2021 to qualify. Paying by check


Paying for an individual If you're attending the conference, please write the name of the conference attendee in the check memo. Paying by check for multiple conference attendees While each conference attendee should register seperately, you can pay for multiple attendees either seperately or in one large lump sum. If your organization chooses to pay for multiple attendees with one check, please make sure to include a note with the names of all the attendee's names. The check's total should match the total amount owed for all attendees. We will email you confirmation of payment when we receive the check. If you haven't heard from us, it is likely that we couldn't match the check with it's respective atendee(s). Please contact us via our contact form. Checks can be mailed to: Northeast Congress

Registering multiple attendees


If you are registering multiple conference attendees, please register each seperately. You can pay for them either individually or in one lump sum payment. If you are paying in one lump sum payment via check, please make sure to list each attendee's name in the check's memo.




Conference pricing and student/resident discounts


This past year has been financially challanging for most of us. We're currently finalizing on our pricing scheme and are working to make it as accessible as possible. Whenever possible, we've worked to support new optometrists to the field and frequently offer discounts. We will ask students and residents to confirm their status with the name of their institution and, if applicable, their student email address or transcripts or the name and contact information of their current residency supervisor.
